Christmas fun

Okay we did a few activities for christmas. We went to the festival of trees, Deron cared about the lights on the tress and the toys around the tree rather than the actual tree. He did not even go after our tree at home he just would stand there and point to the lights. It was great not to have to worry about him pulling the ornaments off the tree.

We bakes sugar cookies at my moms house. It was an interesting experience with Deron and Kieger. Luckily my brother was there to entertain the boys while my mom, Chantell, Sinead and I baked and frosted. Deron liked to play with the dough and tried to cut out a few cookies but that did not last long.

We went to a family party that Santa Clause came to. Deron got excited when he saw Santa but then Santa walked right by him and he started to get scarred. Then when Santa was a good enough distance away Deron was excited again. He was patiently waiting his time to go up and sit on Santa's lap, or just get a present liek all the other kids. When it was his turn he would not leave Blakes' arms.

Then on Christmas eve we went to Blake's dads' house. Deron had fun with his cousins and got toys that he loves. He got my favorite set of PJ's, Blake calls them his "Hugh Hefner" pj's.

Then he also got his "Woody" figuren, yes he sometimes sleeps with it.

Christmas was great we got up and opened presents. Deron opened a few then just wanted to play with thise and didn't care about the others. We then went my mom's and had breakfast with everyone. Then after this we went to Blake's moms house. Since it was great weather he was able to ride his atv that he got from Grandma Lori and he loves it. (We recorded him opening presents and I can't get it to upload so I don't have any pictures of christmas day.)

Chantell and I were able to take the boys down to St. George last weekend. It was nice to get away even though it was for a small amount of time. The weather was great! He got a bike and was able to ride it. He also saw Gpa putting it together so now he tries to work on it just like Gpa did.
