Vacation

Chantell and I took the boys down to St. George a few months ago. We were able to relax and had tons of fun. Sadly these were the only pictures I got. We were able to go to Cherises' moms house and swim. The boys loved it! Deron was scared at first but after a while he loved the water. He was sitting on the step in the pool and turned around this made his face submerge in the water. He was startled but wanted to do it again. Deron loves thier dog as you can tell.
The rest of the weekend was great just what we wanted! I am so glad we were able to go.

New house

We haved live in our new house for a month now. We are loving it. It is so nice to have a two car garage, a master bathroom, and a nice big great room. It is so nice to have Deron's bedroom away from the main living area so we don't have to be worried about waking him up. It is far away from our families and my work but we are adjusting and getting used to it. Not the best of pictures but needed to get this done.

Okay we have been trying to sell our house for almost a year now and after low offers, low apprasials and not wanting to lose too much on the house we have decided to rent it out and buy us a new one. We found a new house and love it! It was hard to pack up the old house and not remember all the long nights working on it and everything that we put into that house.

It was a great house and we will never forget it. I still can't believe how we changed that house and how good it all turned out. It is a different feeling driving by this house and having someone else live there. I did feel sad when we were cleaning it and getting it ready for the renters. It is also a little overwhelming that we are responsible for 2 mortgages if the renters don't pay.

Deron tried to help as much as he could. We had to do some projects around the house for the finishing touches.

BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!

We had to have Deron's birthday party a week later than his original birthday, due to us moving at the same time. We had a little get together for our families. I was feeling guilty that his party was not on his brithday, but then I just had to get over it. I realized that he has no clue what was going on and he did not know that is was not on his birthday.

We had a salad, cake and ice cream. I attempted to make his cake. I thought I did pretty good but then Blake had to ask me what it was. Well everyone else knew what the cake was I don't know what Blake was thinking. I thought he would have dug right into the cake but no he had no clue what to do. After we tried to get him to bite into it we cut a piece and tried it that way. NO he still would not eat it with his hands. We had to feed it to him with a fork. (I don't know if I should be happy about that, at least he has good manners?) He would get the frosting on his fingers a lick it off but that is about all he would do. Don't get me wrong he did get frosting all over but I thought he would go for the cake too.

It was fun and we can't believe he is 1! We love you little man!

1 Year Old

Deron turned 1 on April 2nd. We cannot believe that we have a one year old. Where does the time go? He is keeps this house running and he is the sole entertainment for us. It is so fun to see what he learns everyday, and the wonderment that comes along with his knowledge.

- He is not on the charts for his weight 18.42lbs
- He is in the 95% for his height 31.43in
All this explains why I can't find pants that fit him!
- He is crawling all over the place and getting into everthing he can.
- Every time he sees or hears a dog he start barking.
- He has 7 teeth, 4 on top and 3 on bottom.
- He is not liking grown up food and just wants his baby food.
- He wants to go outside all the time and play with the dogs.

We decided to let him stay in his PJ's for the whole day. What is better than being comfortable and cozy on your b-day. We just hung out and played most of the day.



This was an early birthday present from Gpa and Gma Harmon. He loves it!

We got him an icecream cake he did not like it so much for the first taste. The next night was when he enjoyed that most.





This is the first time he was able to actually get outside and play around. He loved it. He discovered rocks and dirt and of course had to taste both!
